Who we are and what we do
What does Out of the Box do?
Out of the Box gives out boxes and bags of groceries, free of charge, once a month on the 3rd Thursday,at 1500 Park Blvd in West Sacramento at 6:30pm.

WHO receives food?
Our clients are our neighbors. Most of them are from West Sacramento. All are welcome.
WHAT food do we give?
Primarily, the bags are stocked with pantry staples: canned vegetables, fruit, beans and pasta, boxed entrees, and dried rice and beans. We also like to include bread and other fresh, nutritious goods that are available before Packing Day. You may even find some goodies.
WHEN do we give food?
Distribution Day is always the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm at Trinity Presbyterian Church at 1500 park Blvd. in West Sacramento.

Trinity Presbyterian Church graciously supports and hosts this ministry. Trinity is located at 1500 Park Blvd, in West Sacramento.
HOW do we give food?
On the 3rd Thursday of the month, volunteers arrive at 5:30 pm to setup for distribution. Some of our clients arrive early and start a line. We start distribution in an orderly fashion at 6:30 pm.
