Are you looking to gain valuable public relations and social media experience in a low stress environment? This might be the internship for you! Trinity Presbyterian is a church located in West Sacramento that instills the values of love and service through God. Trinity is seeking a Business Outreach Intern to assist with multiple communications and outreach projects.

As our Business Outreach Intern, you will work primarily on Trinity’s online platform performing tasks such as posting to Facebook and Instagram and updating Trinity’s website as needed. You are also expected to attend and document Trinity events such as movie events and church clean up days. You are also expected to work with the members of Trinity to best advertise and document member-led events.

Responsibilities: 

-       Keep website up-to-date with current information and pictures. 
-       Post to Trinity’s social media accounts.
-       Attend occasional weeknight and weekend events.
-       Create advertising materials. 
-       Assist with administrative duties as needed. 

Qualifications:

-       Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
-       Must have college junior standing (60 semester units or 90 quarter units) or above.
-       Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, and Twitter).
-       Strong interpersonal skills.
-       Bilingual/Spanish preferred but not required.
